John Ashton

John is the Founder and owner of Write Arm, The Kitchen Table Community and Freedom of Information Ltd.

Write Arm is a multi-skilled content and copywriting agency. They have a pool of talented writers who can do just about everything bar translate ancient Japanese poetry, and tend to work with agencies and marketing teams who lack in-house writers, or need extra writing muscle.

The KitchenTable Community is an online community where small creative agencies can form, collaborate and grow. Aimed at solo creatives and existing kitchen table agencies, it promotes the creation of sustainable lifestyle businesses using a freelance-based agency model. He is the author of the 'The KitchenTable Method'.

Freedom of Information Ltd was the UK’s first FoI agency, providing research, training and consultancy services to the public, private and voluntary sectors. Increasingly their core activity is using the FoI legislation to obtain political and competitive intelligence on behalf of third party clients.
